Jordan Lee Simons is a creative entrepreneur, keyboardist, and the founder of JS Projects.

With an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Western Cape, Jordan’s work is driven by a deep understanding of people - how they think, how they connect, and what creates a memorable live experience. His approach blends creativity with structure, combining the artistic insight of a musician with the analytical precision of a strategist.

Jordan’s career spans the music, entertainment, and corporate sectors. As a session musician and executive music producer, he has collaborated with a wide range of artists and performance acts, giving him first-hand experience of the demands and standards of professional entertainment. Parallel to his creative work, Jordan has developed strong technical and operational expertise through roles in People Operations, Analytics, and Business Intelligence within one of the world’s largest global marketing agencies. This corporate background sharpened his skills in data, systems, and high-level organisational performance.
